Our gelato and sorbets are produced in equipment that also processes nuts and other potential allergens, but we do take the following precautions to prevent cross-contamination. We rinse our equipment thoroughly after producing any gelato containing nuts, eggs or gluten.
Consumption though is at the consumers own risk. Consumers are advised to avoid consumption if there is any possibility of an allergic reaction to a food product or products not meeting specific dietary requirements.
